For technical reasons we kindly ask to send us your presentations (not posters). Please send them via e-mail to:. All Conference Halls and the Crystal Hall are equipped with the digital projectors with 1024 x 768 VGA resolution.
We would also like to inform you that all rooms in the Ikar and Limba hotels are connected to the internet. Unfortunately they are not equipped with the computers so if you need bring your own portable computer. There will be also a computer room prepared in the main Congress building (noamely room 0/7 in the building nr. 37) appointed with about 20 computers connected to the internet and operating with the Windows XP system.
Finally we wish to inform that mounting of posters will take place on:
Tuesday 5 September - 7:30-8:30 - Divisions 1, 2 and 5
Wednesday 6 September - 7:30-8:30 - Divisions 3, 4, 6 and 7
The size of the poster should be 110-120 cm heigth, 70-90 cm width. It should be prepared in the portrait format.
All materials necessary to mount your poster will be prepared by the Sectretariat.
